Our award winning breakfast is served at our banqueting table and charged separately as some people choose to forgo breakfast. (£14 Continental/£19 plus Cooked). Book Direct guests get our cooked breakfast included free, when booking a continental.
Dining Out
Located just 3 miles from Sudbury, Long Melford and Lavenham, with its fantastic restaurants and just 1 mile from the nearest pubs, our prices are kept lower to ensure you can afford a taxi (Lavenham £10-£15), whilst also enjoying the extra benefits and facilities that Rectory Manor has to offer.

Non-Refundable Rates
Available all year round, our non-refundable / pay in advance deals offer a massive "15%" discount off our standard flexible rates. We do advise travel insurance in the event that you can't make it for any reason. However, if "we" are closed due to Covid, we will give you a voucher to the value of your booking.
Standard Flexible Rates
Available all year round, our standard flexible rates have been made significantly more flexible due to Covid. Bookings no longer have any deposit at all and can be cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival. Please do call us for further details. You can't get a shorter cancellation policy elsewhere!
