What to Expect

Rectory Manor Hotel

The Coronavirus (Covid-19)

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is paramount. Rectory Manor has incredibly high standards in cleaning and hygiene. On top of our 5 Star rating, we also have a Gold Award. To achieve that award, hotels MUST score over 98% for cleaning and hygiene. Of course this isn’t stopping us from going even further, especially with regard to cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas.

We understand these are exceptional times, so from 16th December 2020, we have created a completely new rate plan which offers free cancellation up until 48 hours before check in plus no deposit. For all other rate plans and special offers, like our non-refundable rates, if the virus re-emerges and Rectory Manor closes, we will allow guests to move their affected bookings up to six months ahead at no charge (FREE DEFERRAL POLICY). Terms and conditions can be found by following the link at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, please do give us a call.

We kindly ask that guests who are coming from high risk areas refrain from visiting Rectory Manor. This also applies to anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 and anyone living with others who are self-isolating. As soon as you are aware that you are unable to visit, please contact our team and we will do our best to help. The government is constantly updating its advice and you can find details on their website here. Distinct from other accommodation, we also publish not just our Covid Policy, but also our internal risk assessment on keeping us all safe here.
